Family is So Important. Sometimes you don't realize how important until something happens. Today we laid my 93yr old Grandmother to rest and it was good to be with and around family. So many memories.

My brother Marty was my Hero growing up. His personality and Stellar Character reminds me so much of my Husband Derek. Thank you for always thinking highly of me when I didn't think highly of myself and for always respecting me even at those times when I didn't respect myself. I love you. And have a safe trip to see mom....

Life really is "Like A Box of Chocolates, You never know what you might Get"

                                        I Love that quote from Forrest Gump.

What do you and I Expect out of life? That's a good question. One I've pondered  many different times and ways, consciously and unconsciously. And I'll tell you what I've learned. We can say one thing but at The Core of Our Being if we Believe something different, we will get exactly What we Believe, what we Expect.

Life is like a game of baseball, it will come at you in many different ways,  Hardball and Soft. But the question is how do you hit, catch or pitch?  There's been times when I've run from that fastball as it came my way and there's been times when I've stood firm and dared that fastball to come at me. What was the difference in those times? I can tell you it was mindset. You see, I believe we all have an innate ability to be and do far more than we Believe. Some of us are better at living this out than others. But I believe we all have at one time or another.

This thing called life really is A Journey. A Journey to uncover and discover. A Journey to heed and listen. A journey to obey and follow. What phase of life are you in right now?

You know Spring Time is coming and It's a time of cleansing, renewal, refreshment, growth and maturity but what have we planted? We can be looking so forward to this season only to witness an Ugly Crop. But my question is have we planted that which would allow us to see A Beautiful Crop. I'd like to think I planted well but time will tell. And I'll have A choice just like you. I can choose to not get discouraged an pull up the weeds or I can sulk and blame someone or something. From this day forward I'm choosing to pull up the weeds, plant good seed and nuture its growth understanding that this can and will be a painful process but a Good process. I'm choosing to Live Above and not below. To live on purpose. Will you join me? Let me know.
